Is a wife considered disobedient to Allah if she becomes angry in her family's home due to her husband's failure to spend on her and their son, and due to his not praying and not being truthful in his speech?

If the husband does not provide for his wife, she is permitted to leave his house and go to her family's home. She may also refer the matter to the Sharia court to enforce her rights. However, it is preferable for wise family members to intervene first to resolve the issue. One of the most serious matters mentioned about the husband is his abandonment of prayer, which is a grave sin. Some scholars consider the one who abandons prayer to be a disbeliever, while the majority do not hold this view. The obligation is to advise him and remind him of Allah. If he repents, then that is good; otherwise, there is no benefit in returning to someone like him.
