Is working as a cleaning staff in banks considered aiding in sin and transgression, knowing that cleaning staff deal with private cleaning companies that are responsible for distributing work and salaries?

It is not permissible to work in banks that do not adhere to the provisions of Islamic Sharia, except out of necessity, because it is considered cooperation in sin and aggression. There is no difference between dealing with them directly or through cleaning companies, because the determining factor is aiding them, and this aid has been realized.
