The question

What is the Sharia ruling regarding a woman who demands a percentage of the apartment's value and all her financial contributions to the marriage expenses, and refuses to grant her husband his marital rights, and had previously falsely claimed to have been beaten, despite her diligence in worship? Is she entitled to that?

The answer

If a wife refuses intimacy without a valid excuse, she is considered disobedient (nashiz), and her right to maintenance is forfeited. She also incurs sin by seeking divorce without a valid شرعي (Shar'i) reason or by making false claims. If she dislikes her husband, she has the right to seek khul' (divorce at the wife's instance, typically by returning the dower).

Regarding her payment for the apartment: if she stipulated a share, then that must be fulfilled. If it was a loan, it must be repaid. If it was a donation, then you are not obliged to do anything.

As for what she spent on the house of expenses that are the husband's responsibility, she can reclaim them if she swears an oath of intent to reclaim or produces witnesses, unless it was a donation, in which case she has no right to it.
