What is the ruling on some early jurists and judges having authored books on the science of coition (ʻilm al-bāh) and what they contain of stories and words that are shameful to mention?

"It may be necessary to explicitly state certain matters related to intercourse in the context of teaching, guidance, or complaint, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did in some hadiths, even though he often leaned towards euphemism.
