Are the narrations mentioned regarding the punishment for zina (unlawful sexual intercourse) and touching with lust authentic and established from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him?

Al-Dhahabi mentioned this statement in "Al-Kaba'ir" and Ibn Hajar Al-Haytami in "Al-Zawajir" as a hadith, but they did not attribute or سند it. Sheikh Alawi Al-Saqqaf said: "It is not a hadith." Publishers should take care to ensure the authenticity of what they publish, and call to Allah with the revealed revelation from the Book and authentic Sunnah, as it has a greater impact on hearts.
