If a sick person who is unable to perform ghusl (ritual bath) and wudu (ablution) has a wet dream, does he pray with wudu or tayammum (with water being available)? And is it permissible for him to lead the prayer, recite the Qur'an and adhkar (supplications), and enter the mosque? And does he have to make up the prayer after his illness is gone?

Whoever is in a state of major ritual impurity (janabah) and cannot perform ghusl due to an excuse, should perform tayammum (dry ablution) and pray, and does not have to make up theals prayers. It is permissible for him to lead people in prayer, as Amr ibn al-Aas did. It is permissible for him to enter the mosque after performing tayammum and recite the Quran without touching it. It is also permissible for him to engage in dhikr (remembrance of Allah) and send blessings upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, even if he is in a state of janabah and has not performed tayammum.
