Is it permissible to live in an apartment facing a non-Islamic cemetery if the apartment is provided by the government and not by personal choice?

There is no religious impediment for a Muslim to reside in a place adjacent to graves. However, he should not enter the graves of disbelievers, as these are places where the punishment of Allah Almighty descends.
