1- To dispose of ill-gotten wealth (haram money), it must be returned to its owner or their heirs. If this is not possible, or if the money is haram and cannot be traced back to a specific person (such as usurious gains), then it must be given in charity to the poor and needy, or spent on public welfare for Muslims (such as paving roads or building schools). One must hasten to dispose of it, as haram money prevents prayers from being answered.

2- It is permissible for a man's son to marry his wife's daughter, unless there is another legal impediment, such as fosterage that establishes a prohibited degree of kinship.

3- Allah has forbidden loyalty to the enemies of Islam, including Jews and Christians. Whoever loves them, supports them, and aids them is considered to be one of them. This loyalty is a sign of hypocrisy and leads to the nullification of good deeds. However, buying and selling with them is permissible as long as it does not involve providing them with military assistance. A Muslim must be cautious of inclining towards them in the heart. It is important to differentiate between the prohibition of loyalty to disbelievers and being righteous and kind to them if they are not warring against Muslims.

4- There is no such concept as a "ransom council" in Islam. Its nature needs to be clarified to issue a ruling on it.
