Will my repentance be accepted for sodomy? And do I have to go to the people with whom I committed this abomination to ask for their forgiveness, or is repentance sufficient? And do I have to inflict the Hadd punishment upon myself, or is repentance enough? And will I be punished for that if I die while repentant?

Praise be to Allah who has enabled you to repent from the heinous sin. Sincere repentance erases sins, no matter how great they are. Allah, the Almighty, says: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'" And "The one who repents from sin is like the one who has no sin." There is no need to go to those people and seek their forgiveness. Rather, you should avoid them so that they do not lead you back to evil. Your repentance is sufficient, and there is no need to enforce the hadd punishment. Instead, conceal yourself with Allah's concealment and accept His well-being. Strive in seeking forgiveness and performing good deeds that expiate sins. Do not fear exposure, and rely on Allah, for He, the Exalted, will not forsake you, now that you have repented to Him.
