Is repentance accepted for the act of sodomy if the perpetrator feels remorse, and does the saying of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, apply to him: "To whomsoever his evil deed is displeasing and his good deed is pleasing, I guarantee him Paradise"?

Allah accepts the repentance of a servant who regrets the sin of sodomy and other sins, rejoices in it, forgives the sin, and transforms bad deeds into good deeds, provided that the conditions for sincere repentance are met. The Hadith, "Whoever is pleased by his good deed and displeased by his bad deed, that is the believer," describes the believer who rejoices in obedience and grieves over disobedience. The repentant person is advised to keep good company and to stay away from bad companions and everything that reminds him of the sin. It is also important to know the worldly punishment for this abomination to avoid it.
