How is the inheritance divided among a full paternal nephew, three daughters, and a wife?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, then the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, and the daughters receive two-thirds. The remaining wealth goes to the brother's son by ta’sib (agnatic inheritance). The estate is to be divided into 72 shares: 48 shares for the daughters (16 for each), 9 shares for the wife, and the remainder for the full brother's son. It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts for investigation.
