Regarding oaths about whose utterance there is doubt, the default is that they were not uttered, and their utterance should not be confirmed except with absolute certainty. The amount of expiation for an oath is approximately 750 grams of rice per needy person. If no needy persons are found, associations or knowledgeable individuals can be entrusted with it. Expiation is only required for oaths made and breached by choice. As for what was under the influence of obsessive whispers, it is pardoned.
