What is the ruling on someone who prays at work but does not pray at home, and is this act considered deception towards Allah?

Abandoning prayer is a grave sin and a serious transgression, considered by many scholars to be an act of disbelief that expels one from the fold of Islam. Therefore, it is obligatory to observe it everywhere, for abandoning it exposes one to Allah's wrath and displeasure. To overcome the whispers of Satan, one must recall the gravity of the sin of abandoning prayer, associate with righteous companions, frequently remember death and meeting Allah, and strive in supplication for steadfastness in obedience.
