What is the ruling on a wife who neglects her appearance for her husband both inside and outside the home, does not respond to his warnings, and asks him to satisfy her so that she will do what he wants, knowing that she does not withhold herself from him?

The wife must adorn herself for her husband if he requests it, and she has no right to stipulate anything in return for fulfilling this duty.
