Is it permissible for a girl who has been subjected to zina (unlawful sexual intercourse) to invoke Allah against the young man for revenge, and to say, "May Allah deal with you, and Allah is sufficient for me, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs," without that being considered a sin on her part? And does punishment fall away from the young man if the girl forgives him? And is it obligatory for her to hate him? And is she sinful if she decides not to marry? And is informing a psychiatrist about what happened considered divulging a sin?

It is permissible to supplicate against the oppressor to the extent of their injustice. If the girl forgives the oppressor, her right against him is lifted. As for what is between him and Allah, it depends on his repentance.

If the girl decides not to marry, she is going against the Sunnah and human nature (fitra). If this leads to falling into forbidden acts, then it is forbidden (haram).

She must repent by feeling remorse, abandoning the sin, and resolving not to return to it, while increasing good deeds and concealing herself.

It is permissible to inform a psychiatrist about what happened for a legitimate (Shar'i) benefit, without explicitly stating what occurred.

She must adhere to the limits of the Shari'ah by strengthening her connection with her Lord, learning religious matters, choosing righteous companions, occupying her time with beneficial activities, and supplicating for a righteous husband.
