This girl committed a sin by transgressing the boundaries set by Allah Almighty, by going out with a foreign man and secluding herself with him in the car. This is a divine punishment for that. Therefore, she must offer sincere repentance. What the young man did is a reprehensible act that deserves chastisement and discipline from the responsible authorities if the girl wishes to report the matter to them. It is not permissible for the girl to converse with this young man or any foreign man except out of necessity. She must conceal herself as much as possible when meeting a psychiatrist and limit the details to what is absolutely necessary.
