Does the noble Hadith mean that the supplication answered during the mentioned hour is only by expediting what is supplicated for, or does it include the usual states of answered supplication? And does this hour extend throughout the entire night or is it limited to its last third? And if it is extended, how can a Muslim realize it given his need for sleep and performing the 'Isha prayer?

The hour mentioned in the hadith is the hour of divine descent in the last third of the night, as mentioned by Al-Qurtubi. Al-Nawawi views it as encompassing all hours of the night. The hadith does not indicate that the servant will necessarily be granted exactly what they asked for; rather, the reward for their supplication may be stored for them, or an equivalent amount of evil may be averted from them. This is the meaning of "literally or constructively."
