What should I do when I swear by Allah in a moment of anger to tell my father something specific, and then I forget or forgive and do not atone for my oath because I am unable to fast or feed the poor?

Frequent swearing is blameworthy both religiously and naturally, because Allah Almighty commanded the preservation of oaths, prohibited making Allah an excuse for oaths, and prohibited obeying every frequent swearer who is despicable.
