Is immersion in a bathtub with rinsing the mouth and sniffing water into the nose sufficient to remove Janabah?

If a person in a state of janabah (major ritual impurity) immerses themselves in a bathtub (Baniyo) with the intention of performing ghusl (ritual bath) to cleanse from janabah, and they rinse their mouth and nose, then their ghusl is valid and their state of impurity is lifted. This is because they have covered their entire body with water, along with rinsing their mouth and nose, which is sufficient for ghusl.

The prohibition against bathing in standing water, as mentioned in the Hadith, does not apply to a bathtub. This is because the prohibition aims to prevent the defilement of water for others or the alteration of stagnant water. This concern does not exist with a bathtub, which is used by one person alone and then the water is drained.
