What is the ruling of the religion on the marriage of a girl who was subjected to sexual harassment by her father, to another man who prevents her from having children and treats her badly, despite her desire to separate and return to her country?

What happened on the father's part should have been concealed, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever is afflicted with any of these abominable things, let him conceal it with Allah's concealment," and his saying: "All of my Ummah are forgiven except those who publicize their sins." It is not permissible for the husband to prevent his wife from having children if she desires to, and if he raises his hand against her, she has the right to seek divorce. It is advised to first show patience and offer counsel. If the husband insists on prevention, she has the right to seek divorce, and if he refuses, she should refer her matter to the authority figure (wali al-amr).
