Is it permissible to take a specific amount of money in exchange for providing cash to someone who is transferring money to me that I cannot obtain in cash?

If a man borrows from a company in his name without interest, and you are merely the one who executes the procedures, then it is permissible for you to take a fee for your work. However, if you borrow money in your name and then lend it to the man and take interest, it is not permissible, because it is a loan that draws benefit, and that is usury (riba).
