Is it permissible to make up the missed Dhuhr prayer on another day in congregation, and does this apply to all other prayers?

Whoever misses an obligatory prayer without a valid Shar’i excuse must repent and immediately make it up. The general rule is to make up the missed prayer first, then perform the current prayer, unless the time for the current prayer is pressing, in which case it should be performed first, then the missed one. It is permissible to make up a missed prayer in congregation.
