What is the ruling on the meeting of the two circumcised parts and ejaculation without penetration during menstruation?

It is not permissible for the two circumcised parts to meet (for the glans to penetrate) during a woman's menstrual period, because it is enjoyment of the front during a forbidden time. What is meant by "keep away" in His — the Exalted — saying, "So keep away from women during menstruation," is to refrain from intercourse. The reason for the prohibition of having intercourse with a menstruating woman is touching impurity.
