What is the Sharīʿah's stance on the actions of the man who attempted to practice sodomy, his wife who refused intimacy and requested a divorce, and the other man who incited her to divorce and to refuse intimacy, given the husband's refusal to divorce her?

You must sever your relationship with the woman and offer sincere repentance for the errors committed, such as private seclusion (khalwa), conversation, and inciting her against her husband. It is not permissible for you to urge her to seek a divorce. As for her, she must repent and cease contact with you. Regarding her husband, she must live with him honorably and obey him. She may seek a divorce if there is a legitimate religious justification, such as injustice or corruption in religious practice. You must desist from her, stay away from her husband, and seek a wife of good character and religious devotion who will protect you from what is unlawful.
