The question

What should I do? Should I travel to repay the charity and zakat funds that were used for my education and the education of my siblings, despite the anger this might cause my mother, or should I stay with my mother while my father remains in debt, knowing that my father will not be pleased with me in this case and has no other source to repay the debt, and I do not have a good job in my country?

The answer

What your father committed by consuming the wealth of orphans and the poor is a great sin. You should strive to repay his debt out of filial piety and kindness, not out of obligation, and only to the extent of your capacity and ability. You are obligated to obey your mother in what she has commanded you regarding not traveling except with her permission and satisfaction, and to endure the hardship of living for her pleasure. Her obedience takes precedence over the father's obedience when there is a conflict, and her command is more guided than his in this matter, because traveling to the West contains harm to your religion and the religion of your children.
