Is the insertion of the penis into the mouth between males an act that necessitates ghusl, by analogy with the meeting of the two circumcised parts in females?

Ghusl is not necessitated merely by the meeting of the two circumcised parts (khitanayn) between a male and another male, nor by the disappearance of the glans (hashafah) into the mouth, as long as ejaculation has not occurred. This is because the act of penetration (ījāl) – which is a euphemism for sexual intercourse necessitating ghusl – has not been realized.
