Is the girl who published a video cursing God considered an apostate, and is it permissible to marry her after her repentance?

A girl is not considered an apostate merely for posting a video containing disbelief (kufr); for the one who transmits disbelief is not a disbeliever, unless their transmission of it implies approval and contentment. Marrying her is not obligatory for you, and we advise you to consider her religiosity and character. If she is righteous, and what was issued from her was due to ignorance, or she has repented with sincere repentance, then there is no objection to marrying her while helping her in her religious commitment. If marrying her is not feasible, then seek someone else, for Allah may provide you with someone better than her.
