What is the share of each heir from the deceased's estate, knowing that he has five full-blood nephews and one full-blood sister?

If the heirs are limited to a full sister and the sons of a full brother, then the full sister receives half, according to the Almighty's saying: "They ask you for a ruling. Say: Allah gives you a ruling concerning kalālah (a person who dies without a direct heir). If a man dies, having no child, and he has a sister, then she shall have half of what he leaves." The remainder goes to the sons of the full brother. The inheritance is thus divided into ten shares: the sister receives five shares, and each son of the full brother receives one share.

It must be noted that matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and a mere fatwa (religious edict) is not sufficient. Rather, the matter must be brought before the Sharia courts for investigation and verification that there are no other heirs, no wills, no debts, or rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
