Is it obligatory to return to the previous job, in which there was injustice and meager pay, or to wait for the fulfillment of promises for the new job, especially given the material and moral need and the responsibility towards the family?

The questioner is advised to seek help from Allah and to supplicate after prayer and in the last part of the night, citing the words of Allah Almighty: "And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allah]" (2:45), and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) narration about Allah's descent to the lowest heaven. He is also advised to adhere to his religion, maintain righteousness, and fear Allah (taqwa) to alleviate distress and facilitate matters, based on Allah Almighty's saying: "And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him ease in his matter" (65:4) and "And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect" (65:2-3). It is imperative to strengthen faith in divine decree (qadar) and to seek Allah's guidance (istikharah) and consult people of sound judgment and specialization. As for seeking to return to the previous job, there is no harm in it if it entails benefit, provided that the necessary conditions for a woman's work to be permissible are met.
