Does the divorce of an angry person, a bewitched person, and a pregnant woman take effect? Is it permissible to return to one's wife after the third divorce and pregnancy?

The divorce of an angry person does not take effect if their anger is so severe that they do not comprehend what they are saying. The same applies to a person under the influence of magic (mas-hoor) who divorces while under that spell. However, pregnancy does not prevent the occurrence of divorce. If the husband pronounced three divorces while not comprehending what he was saying due to anger or magic, then nothing is incumbent upon him, and she remains his wife. If he pronounced one or two divorces while comprehending what he was saying, he may reconcile with her before she gives birth. If he divorced her three times while comprehending what he was saying, then he is not permitted to reconcile with her until she marries another husband willingly and that husband divorces her after consummating the marriage. This is the preponderant view among the majority of scholars. As for Ibn Taymiyyah, he holds the view that it counts as a single divorce if the three pronouncements occurred in one instance.
