What is the ruling of the Sharia regarding a woman over fifty whose marital relations ceased seven years after childbirth and breastfeeding?

If a woman secretes milk after menopause and her breastfeeding of a child is confirmed to be five full feedings, then her breastfeeding establishes prohibition [of marriage between them]. It is not a condition that this occurs after childbirth or that she be married. It is stated in "Sharh Hudud Ibn Arafah" that the motherhood of the wet nurse is established whether she is married or unmarried, such as if a virgin lactates for a boy.
