Is the intention to effect a divorce required when uttering its allusions, and not merely threatening, promising, or wishing for it, for divorce to occur?

None of the mentioned obsessive thoughts lead to divorce. Therefore, you must completely disregard them and be careful not to indulge in them, as their consequences are dire. Seek Allah's help and do not falter, and occupy your time with what benefits you in your religious and worldly affairs.
