Do repeated allusive divorce statements (kinayat al-talaq) take effect even if the intention is not remembered, and is the period of abandonment (hijran) counted among these allusions, knowing that I also doubt my ritual purity (tahara) and my prayers (salat)?

Allusions to divorce do not constitute divorce unless accompanied by intention. If one doubts their intention, divorce has not occurred, as the fundamental principle is the certainty of marriage. Asking Allah not to let divorce occur except before a judge does not prevent it from occurring if the husband utters it willingly and knowingly.

As for the divorce pronounced by a person suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder due to their obsessions, it does not count, even if explicitly stated, as long as they are overwhelmed by it.

The advice is to completely disregard these obsessions, seek help from Allah, and supplicate frequently.
