The answer

Yellow discharge is considered menstruation if it occurs during the menstrual period or is continuous with blood. If it is, then (ritual bath) is not valid in its presence, because one of the conditions for the validity of ghusl is the cessation of its cause. The ghusl performed after the cessation of the current menstruation is sufficient for both the previous and current menstruations. As for the prayers performed after the cessation of the first menstruation and before performing ghusl from it, they are invalid and must be made up due to the lack of the condition of purity from major ritual impurity.
