If she is certain that drops of urine are exiting and continuing during the prayer time, then this is سلس (urinary incontinence). She must perform ’ (ritual cleaning) and take precautions, then perform wudu’ (ablution) after the time for prayer has begun, and pray both obligatory and supererogatory prayers with this wudu’.
She should not rule that wind or discharge has exited unless she has certainty. The default is that they have not exited when in doubt. The discharge might be from the normal moisture of the private parts.
