What is the ruling on one who suffers from unceasing flatulence except when defecating, and are a woman's discharges considered yellowish if they are intermittent and do not continue all the time?

If the emission of wind is continuous such that you do not find enough time for purification, then your ruling is the ruling of one afflicted with perpetual impurity ( سلس ), so you perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun, and you pray both the fard (obligatory) and nawafil (supererogatory) prayers with this ablution. As for discharge, if you are certain of its emission, then it nullifies ablution. If you see it after the prayer, it is attributed to the last possible time it could have occurred, and that does not invalidate your prayer if its emission after the prayer is probable, and there is no need to inspect for it. It is advised to disregard obsessive whispers (waswas).
