What are the characteristics of a righteous woman, and how can one understand her personality and thoughts for the the purpose of marriage, taking into account the Islamic legal guidelines?

The specifications of a righteous wife have been previously explained. It is permissible to sit with the fiancée and speak with her out of necessity, provided her mahram is present. However, it is not permissible to be alone with her, as that is a snare set by Satan. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "No man should be alone with a woman except with a mahram," and "None of you should be alone with a woman, for Satan is the third of them."
