And do absentmindedness during prayer and doubt regarding the recitation of Al-Fatiha after bowing fall under the ruling of doubt or obsessive thoughts?
A person who experiences frequent doubts should disregard them and not pay attention to them. If the doubt is a result of obsessive whisperings (waswasah), then he should ignore it, no matter how much it occurs, and assume that he has performed the action in question until Allah grants him relief.
