Is it permissible to perform "something with the Quran and incense" to open closed doors for marriage, work, and prayer, and is it unlawful to repair the hymen after fornication without informing the husband?

1. Prayer: Prayer does not cease to be obligatory for a sane person. Repentance is required for any negligence in performing it, and missed prayers must be made up.

2. Delay in Marriage: This may be a trial or a punishment for a sin. Sincere repentance, frequent supplication, asking Allah for facilitation, and seeking help from relatives and friends to find a righteous spouse are necessary.

3. Prescribed Islamic Healing (Ruqyah (definition)): If there is a strong suspicion of magic, then Ruqyah is the treatment. It is best for a Muslim to perform Ruqyah on themselves. If seeking help from others, one should ensure they are righteous and beware of sorcerers and charlatans.

4. The Raqi (Exorcist): Do not be deceived by everyone who claims to treat magic with the Quran. Rather, one must carefully seek out a Raqi known for their righteousness in belief, actions, and morals, and beware of those who seek help from jinn and devils.

5. Hymen Repair (Hymenoplasty): This is forbidden except in cases of dire necessity, such as fear of death. One is not obligated to inform the suitor about the loss of virginity unless he explicitly stipulates it. If he asks about the reason, it is not permissible to tell him about fornication; instead, one should use tawriyah (ambiguity) by mentioning other reasons for the loss of virginity.
