Among the most important things that will help you set a practical schedule for seeking knowledge is to choose shaykhs who teach the Qur'an, and to follow the lessons of scholars in mosques or through recordings and channels, while allocating hours to review what has been heard. It is recommended to read books on the Prophet's biography (seerah) and books of spiritual edification (raqaiq), and to be diligent in memorization at the end of the night and the beginning of the day, and to dedicate the evening to reviewing and sitting with scholars. It is advised to benefit from books such as: "A Practical Program for Those Seeking Understanding" by Abdul Aziz al-Qari, and "The Adornment of the Seeker of Knowledge" by Bakr Abu Zayd.
