Is it permissible for a female doctor to prescribe birth control to a woman who requests it without her husband’s permission, knowing that the husband is married to another woman and the wife is still studying?

It is forbidden for a wife to take birth control pills without her husband's consent, because procreation is a shared right. It is permissible to take them if both spouses agree, by analogy with coitus interruptus (azl), which the Companions used to practice. However, these pills should not be taken, as they contradict the Prophet's (peace be upon him) call to increase offspring and oppose the objectives of enemies who seek to reduce the number of Muslims. Muslims should strive for abundant procreation, except in cases of medical or health necessity. If taking them is forbidden, then cooperation in this matter is also forbidden, based on the Almighty's saying: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression).
