How can I overcome my difficult psychological state, which includes intense sadness, anxiety, obsessive thoughts, anger, abandoning prayer, and the deterioration of my general condition, and return to the right path, after my separation from my beloved fiancée?
The first thing we advise the questioner is to repent to Allah Almighty from abandoning prayer and consuming hashish. He must also repent from the errors he committed during the engagement period, which are: asking his fiancée if she had committed zina (fornication/adultery), taking her to the doctor for examination, accusing the young man of zina with her without proof, and beating him. He must seek forgiveness from the young man. As for the girl, she erred by informing him that she had committed fahisha (an immoral act/fornication), and what was incumbent upon her was to conceal herself, and she must repent. The rupture of the hymen can occur due to reasons other than zina. It is not permissible for a woman to request a divorce without a legitimate Sharia-compliant justification, nor is it permissible for her family to instigate her to do so. If the divorce was issued by the court, then there is no discussion about it, and if there is a grievance, the court should be consulted. The questioner should not trouble himself by thinking about her matter.
