Does the failure of conditions to improve and the increase of sins after returning from Umrah indicate the non-acceptance of repentance, and is it a test?

One must persist in supplication and be confident of its answer. The servant's prayer will continue to be answered as long as he does not pray for a sin or the severance of kinship ties, and as long as he does not become impatient and say: "I have supplicated, but I have not seen it answered for me," then he becomes disheartened and abandons supplication. And among the signs of a sound repentance is an improved state thereafter, and returning to sins does not invalidate repentance. And whenever one returns to sin, he should not despair, but rather return to repentance until Allah bestows upon him a sincere repentance. For whoever persists in knocking on the door, it will be opened for him.
