Working in the aforementioned tourism sector is forbidden due to its involvement in aiding indecencies and alcohol consumption, based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." Therefore, it must be abandoned unless there is a fear for oneself or one's family from perishing due to the loss of livelihood, based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not throw [yourselves] with your [own] hands into destruction" and "And do not kill yourselves." However, the fear of perishing in this case is very rare and might be an illusion. The correct approach is to adhere to the resolute intention unless there is an overwhelming and severe hardship. Therefore, we advise you to seek another job and leave this one, and rejoice in relief, for "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect."
