What is the authenticity of the hadith: "Keep knocking on the door of Paradise, and it will be opened for you," and is it valid for knocking on the door to be by hunger and thirst?

The words attributed to Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, concerning the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Keep knocking on the door of Paradise, and it will open for you." It was said: "How do we keep knocking on the door of Paradise?" He replied: "By hunger and thirst," have no basis, and neither Al-Hafiz Al-Iraqi nor Al-Subki found them. It is not permissible to attribute them to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. If the intention behind them is to encourage fasting, then the authentic hadiths suffice. If the intention is to praise hunger, then it is not from the Sunnah, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, sought refuge from hunger.
