Did anyone go to death and then return to tell us that there is a Paradise and a Hellfire, and is there any real proof of that, just as the Prophet Ibrahim requested verification from Allah?

For a Muslim to believe in Paradise and Hell, there is no need for a deceased person to return and inform them of what they saw. Rather, it is sufficient that the Truthful and Trustworthy one, peace be upon him, saw what Allah has prepared for the inhabitants of Paradise and Hell, and his vision is more reliable than ours. Paradise and Hell belong to the realm of the unseen, and belief in them is belief in the unseen. The proofs for this belief surpass material evidence. Our belief in them stems from our belief in Allah, for His absolute divine justice necessitates a Day when the doer of good and the doer of evil will be held accountable. Likewise, belief in Allah negates randomness, for humanity was not created in vain. Belief in Paradise and Hell is also a branch of belief in the Qur'an as the word of Allah, and it contains much evidence for resurrection and gathering, such as the evidence of the first creation and human stages. Furthermore, it is a branch of belief in the Messenger Muhammad, peace be upon him; if we believe him, we believe in all that he brought, including the news of Paradise and Hell. The followers of heavenly religions agree on the existence of Paradise and Hell, whereas atheists and materialists have no proof to deny this, and what they say is mere conjecture. Guidance is in the hand of Allah, and how many people had signs and miracles made manifest to them, yet they were deprived of divine grace and guidance.
