What is the ruling on using the vibrating rubber ring that is placed on the penis, and is it permissible or forbidden?

Given the lack of a clear understanding of this device, it is advisable to keep away from it and suffice with what is permissible, because it is not permissible to definitively declare something lawful or unlawful without a basis, as Allah Almighty says: "And do not say about what your tongues falsely describe, 'This is lawful and this is unlawful,' to invent a lie against Allah. Indeed, those who invent a lie against Allah will not succeed."

Since this device stimulates sensitive areas for the wife, it is not permissible to seek pleasure through devices. Rather, it is permissible for each spouse to pleasure the other through what is permissible in Islamic law from their own body.

Therefore, it is best to avoid this matter to avert doubts. A Muslim should direct their energies and interests towards what serves the interests of their Ummah, such as beneficial knowledge, righteous deeds, and social service.
