What is the ruling on stealing pictures and items and attributing them to oneself on social media, claiming illness, and claiming untrue things about others, and is there repentance for this?

The age of adolescence is close to puberty. And whoever is not yet pubescent is not sinful, according to the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "The pen is lifted from three: ... and from the child until he reaches puberty." However, he must return what he took or damaged after reaching puberty. As for after puberty, theft and lying are among the major sins. But the door to repentance is open, and the conditions for repentance are: immediately ceasing the sin, regretting what has passed, resolving not to return to it, and returning the rights of the wronged or seeking their forgiveness.
