What is the ruling on one who shaves his hair after the beginning of Dhu al-Hijjah and intends to offer a sacrifice (Udhiyah); is his sacrifice valid and accepted?

The sacrificial animal (udhiyah) is acceptable even with the sin of taking from the hair, nails, or skin for one who intends to offer the sacrifice. What is common among the general public regarding the invalidation of the sacrifice due to this is not correct, as there is no connection between the validity of the udhiyah and taking from these things.
