How can the necessary liquidity be provided to prepare for the upcoming academic year for a library suffering from debts in the form of promissory notes?

Seek Allah Almighty's guidance and consult experts when taking on debts, while having good intentions and a firm resolve to repay, based on the Prophet Muhammad's, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "Whoever takes people's money intending to repay it, Allah will repay on his behalf; and whoever takes it intending to destroy it, Allah will destroy him," and his saying: "Indeed, Allah is with the debtor until he repays his debt, as long as it is not for something Allah dislikes."
